Banking Finance Lawyer – Law Firm (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

– Debt restructuring and insolvency under IBC and/ or outside

– Structured debt financing including experience in debt capital markets, external commercial borrowings and bilateral and syndicated borrowings

– Experience in doing complex NCD transactions/ private credit/ PE / IBC- Advisory side

– Experience in Documentation related banking finance transactions

– Experience of working in law firms is mandatory

– Premium law college background preferred

Lawyers with experience in leading law firms or international PE/Debt funds are preferred
