Banking & Finance Lawyer (3-9 yrs)

This top tier law firm is looking to hire a banking and finance associate for their Bangalore and Mumbai office.

The candidate should have worked more on the debt side.

Job Responsibilities :

– Banking & finance matters, including transactional, advisory, governance and compliance.

– Property and stamp laws; securitization; transfer & management of stressed assets; trade and documentary credit transactions; derivatives; structured & syndicated finance; collateralized debt obligations; aircraft and ship finance transactions.

– Working closely with major public sector banks, many foreign and private banks, non-banking finance companies and top realty firms in India.

Candidates have to be within 3-9 pqe.
