AVP/VP – Practice Head – F&A Vertical – ITeS (15-23 yrs)
We are Looking for AVP/VP – F&A Vertical for one of our ITES Client.
Domain: Finance & Accounts
Span: 8000+ FTE
Preference will be given to women canidadate. Added advantage if she is qualified CA.
P&L Size: $ 500+ M
Own and be accountable for innovation, automation & productivity improvements. Drive partnerships and alliances leading to next generational approach/ practices for ITES services offerings. Help build superior level of technical capabilities and competencies to accomplish the above.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Customer :
Showcase capability in terms of innovative, transformational approaches leading to increased business and value propositions in the practice. Establish strategic and operational alignment with Vertical Heads to ensure customer and company business objectives are addressed. Lead the Pre-sales activities with respect to technical offerings as a technical consultant/specialist.
2. Strategy :
Define a strategy for the practice to ensure that the business strategy can be realized through application of appropriate technology. Define a strategy for the practice to develop, acquire and apply for gaining competitive advantage. Define skill enhancement measures/plan to ensure flow of knowledge and development of technical skills within practice. Should know about RPA & Transformations.
3. Finance :
Ensure investments are aligned to Business needs and directions. Ensure reduction of service cost of commonly offered services. Contribute towards improving the revenue generation capabilities through automation in technology service offerings. Establish, allocate & track budget for upgrading, innovations & skill enhancement for various practices within practice.
4. Process :
Define roadmaps and develop frameworks that result in effective ROI. Develop and implement productivity improvement initiatives for the practice including automation. Own a continuous improvement path of technical quality of deliverables in the Practice. Participate in business process improvement and transformation initiatives.
5. People :
Assess and develop the technical competencies and promote applicability of the same within the practice. Develop, Mentor & Retain direct & indirect reportees. Ensure integration of people in the Practice with effective & periodic interaction/communication.
