Job Description :
– We have an opportunity for a Training head in Navi Mumbai for a leading reputed BPO.
– Candidates with strong training Experience in BPO, ITES
– This is a leadership position wherein the candidate would be required to manage big spans.
Location- Navi Mumbai
Ctc- upto 20 lpa
Qualification and Experience :
1. Graduate / Post Graduate
2. 10 plus years of experience in delivering and managing training function in large BPO / KPO set up
3. Exposure to implementing effective training programs in classroom and virtual Environment
4. Managed mass performance improvement enabled by technology/processes
5. Has experience in identifying and mapping future key requirements for training proactively.
Technical / Soft Skills :
– Content Creation and Management
– Understanding of Training need Analysis
– People Management Skills
– Exceptional Interpersonal and communication skills
– Training and scheduling experience
– Exposure to Data Analytics
– End to end business training governance and advise leadership
– Proactively identify process training needs basis stakeholders requirement
– Proactively analyze resources on timely basis with business and transition team
– Plan and deploy process training basis organisation growth plans and goals
– Track and report employee success and progress
– Prepare and monitor budget for process training programs and workshops
– Maintain good rapport with clients and stakeholders with high degree of communication
