AVP – Solution Architect – Insurance Domain (10-15 yrs)

Job Description :

– Creating solutions and developing strategies while complying with customer requirements in order to achieve the ultimate goal of securing the winning bid

– To be a domain expert in Insurance underwriting/ Claims, across all Lines of Business

with special emphasis on the Lloyds and London market

– Create content for all Insurance P&C RFP/RFIs for any potential new/existing client logo for the UK and APAC geographies

– Managing UK pipeline and supporting the Growth Leaders in UK and APAC

– Ability to understand and define client problems and stitch the right solution using a combination of Data, Digital and Talent levers

– Independent ownership of each aspect of the solution vis- vis Digital Transformation, Transition /KT, People Practices/ aspects, Pricing, etc.

– Ability to support P&C Growth Leaders in UK

– Work and own RFP Solutions independently

– Very strong written and verbal communication

Primary Interactions of an individual :

– Internal – P&C Managers, Growth Leaders, Account Managers, Digital Team, Solutions Leaders

– External – Client Vendor Managers, Client Business Partners

Key Technical skills :

– SMEs in UW, Claim, specific to P&C LOBs like Motor, Home, Specialty, Commercial Lines, London Market, etc

– Able to consult in order to craft meaningful solutions and RFx responses

– Very strong written and verbal communication skills

– Adept with MS Office suite and creation of RFx content
