Role : AVP / Senior Manager – Process Training ( US Digital Marketing Process)
Location : Gurgaon
– Work with the Vertical leads in providing inputs on Training development areas including but not restricted to New Hire Training, Recursive Training, Remedial Training, Training plans for Agent in Production based on tenure and Performance
– Provide real time support to Training Team Members on Basics of Facilitation, Group Management, Learning Abilities, How to accelerate Learning and Skills acquired via Training sessions. WAHA enablement etc.
– Should be knowledgeable on the Domain – Digital Marketing specially on Google AdWords
– Should have good communication skills and would be interacting with internal stakeholders and to some extent with the end clients
– Should have analytical ability and ability to understand the business impact of nos including impact on Capacity Planning, P&L, Budgets and the Learning Curve ROI
– Should be able to manage multiple teams and multiple location by providing KPI and driving it
– In depth understanding of training metrics and impact to business metric
– In depth understanding of TNI/ TNA process and ability to make recommendations for process improvements
– Liaise with stakeholders to identify process improvement projects and launch it end to end with collaboration
– Create value for the team by acting as a consultant for operations and identifying process improvement and quality related initiatives
– Be well versed in analyzing data and suggesting measures towards improving revenue generation for the function
– Maintain vertical hygiene by ensuring reports, data and documents are in place
– Promote standardization by creating SOPs across CIS training – Standardization
– Promote behavioral training programs and promote the programs in order to ensure maximum participation
– Should be aware of tools like GoAnimate, Flash player, Captivate and videos etc.
– Should have worked on various training methodologies and have knowledge on Instructional designing
– Should have done Market Research & analysis on training models and know what is happening in the training industry
– Should have worked on Innovative projects on digital transformation for training
– Knowledge of various digital tools & Instructional designing
– Understanding of Digital Transformation specially on Google Ad words
– PG / Graduate with 12+yrs experience . Should have experience into Process Training for US Operations
– Experience in Good Ad Words.
– Experience in Training for Digital Marketing Operations.
