AVP – Legal – Financial Services/NBFC (10-15 yrs)

Our Client is a leading Financial Services/NBFC headquartered in Mumbai –

Roles & Responsibilities :

– Individual with strong experience in managing high stake corporate commercial disputes, Arbitrations, Shareholder disputes, IBC, Contractual disputes, etc.

– Individual should be able to work on strict timelines.

– Individual should be a Team player and must possess team management skills.

– Individual should have excellent communication skills.

– Individual preferred working with NBFC, HFC or law firms.

Desired Experience :

– 10-15 years of experience in Financial Services sector post LLB
