Associate Director – Presales & Business Development – IPA Practice – BPO (15-18 yrs)

Roles and responsibilities :
– Overall lead a team of ~20 people in pre-sales and business development activities across multiple domains.
– Must have – Knowledgeable about Intelligent Process Automation and other new gen stack such as analytics, OCR, iPaaS, BPM, process mining etc
– Must have – Run complete bid management office against tight deadlines
– Setup structured process around the same
– Must have – Structure responses to RFPs/RFIs in the context of win themes, solutions, commercials, transformations etc – bring the best out of what we offer
– Must have – Good domain knowledge in one or more of the following: BFS, Insurance, Life Science, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Logistics, Retail, Communications, Media and Technology
– Lead domain building capabilities such as case studies, solutions and other market facing collaterals.
– Collaborate and coordinate with wider audience to fine tune bid-management office
– Groom team members, support and guide them in bid management process
– Good written and spoken skills and clarity of thought process to present ideas in front of others
