Description:

– Setup and run the Post Sales function for a category.

– Execute complex operations to deliver best customer experience.

– Improve the efficiency of processes to achieve business results.

– Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues

– Lead a team of 100+

– Responsible for customer experience and handling any kind of escalations.

Profile:

– Experience of around 3-6 years with a team handling role.

– First principle problem solving, analytical skills, data-driven focused decision making and mindest.

– Experience in Stakeholder Management with business development, transformation, Design and internal operations teams

– Demonstrate excellent communications skills.
