– Designing MISP Enrollment process, designated person training certification
– Communication with MISP
– Responsible for developing & managing compliance training for business associates
– Designing & implementation of Audit plan (MISP /POSP) etc
– Responsible & to represent for all legal cases
– Grievance management & record keeping for IRDAI
– Represent organization IRDAI IBAI & other related bodies
– Legal vetting of all agreements.
– Designing of internal risk policy.
– To manage external legal consultancy on requirement
– Advice board of directors on legal risk
– Assessment of the implication of any IRDAI guidelines/govt. regulations/laws affecting the insurance broking.
